Do you offer estimates over the phone?
We strive to give the most accurate estimates, in doing so, it is important for us to see where we will be working and the extent of cleaning that is needed. We look at things like, house size and dirt build up, among other things. We can get the most accurate estimate by going on site to see where we will be working. But don't worry, our estimate will always be free!
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash payments, and app payment services, such as, Cashapp, Zelle, and Chime.
Do You Charge By the Hour?
Yes, we charge by the hour with a minimum of 2 hours per cleaning.
What is not included in a Weekly Routine Cleaning?
We seek to provide you with the most comfortable home, in doing so we hope to focus our cleaning on specific areas that are commonly looked over when one cleans the home. To do so, we don't typically clean things such as dishes, laundry, pet accessories (such as toys, bedding, food dishes, litter pans), picking up clutter, cleaning out fire places etc. Please feel free to ask about additional services that can be added to suit your personal needs.
